SD GM is new I think, he goes by itsmejc11, not sure he was aware of the franchise procedure, but his stud DT Devan Nachman was let go(rated 84), his franchise tag would be 14.66, maybe we can reach out to him and see if he overlooked franchising him, and also he has 149M cap room

This is exactly why I didn't want to do it for Jax. We have a franchise thread and/or owners can do it themselves. No more exceptions.
