          I can see the rationale behind moving Joe Delgado with his spotty performance. The move also frees up a lot of cap space.

          But even sure-fire, can't miss QBs have more risk in FOF 8. Keegan Ruoff could be a lower rated QB than Delgado.

            Not going to scout him, as it would be a wasted interview, but looking at his bars and combine score, I would say he would come in as a future 83 rated QB.
