  • Mock Draft

I am guessing Hooper put all this work in for the Mock Draft, who ever did do it great work and thank you and it deserves some comment from us all.

1- 1 (1) Kansas City Micah Brock RB Northwestern St. La. Micah Brock may only be a slightly better pick than DT Jason Huffman here, but Kansas City could go either way.
1 - 2 (2) Kansas City Jason Huffman DT North Carolina State Jason Huffman could only be a slightly better pick than CB Donnie Autry here, but Kansas City could go either way.
1 - 3 (3) Atlanta Donnie Autry CB North Carolina State Donnie Autry seems to make a better choice than RB Hayden Bryner here, but Atlanta could go either way.
1 - 4 (4) Philadelphia Toby Lofton CB Kentucky Well, this is a toss-up. While Philadelphia doesn't necessarily need a RB, it makes just as much sense to pick Hayden Bryner
1 - 5 (5) Tennessee Anthony Brandon CB Tulane Well, this is a toss-up. Tennessee could use a DT as well, another option they might look at is Jeremy Johnston
1 - 6 (6) Tampa Bay Hayden Bryner RB Oregon Well, this is a toss-up. Tampa Bay needs a C as well, they might also consider Shaquille Parker
1 - 7 (7) Detroit Philip Chapman QB Northern Iowa Detroit could want S Johnnie Burch here.
1 - 8 (8) Houston Les Reed WR Stanford This one's a toss-up. Houston could use a G as well, another option they might look at is Dillon Allen
1 - 9 (9) Los Angeles (N) Kelvin Starks RB Kentucky Hard to know for sure what they'll do here. Los Angeles (N) could use a RB; another option they might look at is Gino Hamilton
1 - 10 (10) Pittsburgh Harvey Ventresca T Nebraska Pittsburgh could just as easily go with ILB Lee Shannon here.
1 - 11 (11) Oakland Jeremy Johnston DT Maryland Well, this is a toss-up. Oakland could use a DT; it makes just as much sense to pick Teddy Gitler
1 - 12 (12) Dallas Dylan Sinclair T Mississippi Not sure what I'd do here. While Dallas doesn't necessarily need a T, it makes just as much sense to pick Earl Boesiger
1 - 13 (13) Seattle Earl Boesiger T Wagner Earl Boesiger might only be a slightly better pick than S Johnnie Burch here, but Seattle could go either way.
1 - 14 (14) Buffalo Lee Shannon ILB Villanova Not sure here. Buffalo could use a ILB; they could have easily gone with Teddy Greer
1 - 15 (15) Cleveland Teddy Greer ILB North Carolina State Not sure what they'll do here. Cleveland could use a DT as well, it wouldn't surprise me if they go with Teddy Gitler
1 - 16 (16) Jacksonville Ramon Downs DE Michigan State Ramon Downs could only be a slightly better pick than QB Joey Williams here, but Jacksonville could go either way.
1 - 17 (17) Oakland Gino Hamilton RB Louisiana Tech Not sure what they'll do here. While Oakland doesn't necessarily need a C, they might also consider Shaquille Parker
1 - 18 (18) Miami Johnnie Burch S Louisville Very difficult choice here. Miami could use a RB as well, it makes just as much sense to pick Ted Stephenson
1 - 19 (19) Arizona Asher Foster DE Vanderbilt Arizona may choose S Juan Pollard here.
1 - 20 (20) Washington Lenny Wooden ILB Canisius Not sure what I'd do here. While Washington doesn't necessarily need a S, another option they might look at is Juan Pollard
1 - 21 (21) Cincinnati Teddy Gitler DT Wisconsin Cincinnati might choose ILB Jim Martindale here.
1 - 22 (22) New England Ted Stephenson RB Iowa This one's tough. While New England doesn't necessarily need a RB, it makes just as much sense to pick J.C. Brookes
1 - 23 (23) Green Bay Joey Williams QB Air Force Not sure here. Green Bay could use a DT as well, they might go with Arnie Ryan
1 - 24 (24) Minnesota J.C. Brookes RB Auburn J.C. Brookes seems to make a better choice than G Dillon Allen here, but Minnesota could go either way.
1 - 25 (25) Indianapolis Juan Pollard S Iowa State Tough one to call. Indianapolis could use a DT as well, they might also consider Landon Bronson
1 - 26 (26) Carolina Mike Paige WR Illinois This one's tough. Carolina could use a WR; they could have easily gone with Jonah Prescott
1 - 27 (27) New York (N) Bruce Middleton QB Syracuse Tough one to call. While New York (N) doesn't necessarily need a RB, it makes just as much sense to pick Scott Trimble
1 - 28 (28) New England Shaquille Parker C Virginia Not sure what they'll do here. New England could use a ILB as well, it makes just as much sense to pick Jim Martindale
1 - 29 (29) San Francisco Randal Mare OLB Kansas San Francisco could just as easily go with DT Arnie Ryan here.
1 - 30 (30) Los Angeles (A) Dillon Allen G Illinois Los Angeles (A) could look at DE Peter O'Dauer here.
1 - 31 (31) Chicago Ed VandenBelt CB Georgia Your guess is as good as mine. While Chicago doesn't necessarily need a DT, it makes just as much sense to pick Shaun Piotte
1 - 32 (32) New York (A) Caleb Woodson CB Ohio State Your guess is as good as mine. While New York (A) doesn't necessarily need a T, it makes just as much sense to pick Brent Runge

I think in Dallas we may look to move up or down a little, we have our targets alas for who ever did the draft OL is not our top priority

I thought the site generates the mocks, but if it's Hooper, thanks for putting it together! And if either QBs Williams and Middleton are there when I pick, I will be taking one!
Paint by number morning sky looks so phony

The draft app does it ... I just upload a couple files. It's usually wrong, but fun to look at sometimes.

Yeah, I usually get concerned if I draft the same player as slotted by the mock draft.
