  • 2044 Titans Draft Class

    1.3 - QB Bryce Petty - 11/63 14/50

He is a rather raw QB prospect but seems to have the potential to be a solid franchise signal caller. If he doesn't pan out we will be drafting at the top of the draft again next year.

    2.2 - FS Damarious Randle - 31/72 35/52

Randle has the look of an elite safety. Time will tell, but my hope is he is at least an above average starter for years to come. This filled another major talent void on our team.

    3.3 - RB T.J. Yeldon -35/46 34/39

Pleasantly surprised to get Yeldon in the third round. He certainly isn't an elite back but I think he has the ability to be a solid RB behind a quality offensive line.

    4.2 - G Ray Bautista -22/47 22/36

Moving from boxing to football may be a tough transition but this guy can run block so is worth taking a shot on here.

    5.3 OLB Bud Dupree - 20/41 22/36

A good pass rusher who can play some zone as well. I think he will be more of a situational player as we will be in a 4-3 for now.

    6.2 LT Andrew Lerner - 24/42 32/46
Solid pass blocker. May not end up a starter but he is decent.

    7.3 QB Evan Christiansen 6/23 9/23
Took a flyer on him just to see how he develops. If he shines, likely more of trade bait.

I think Petty will be very solid and if Randle holds his numbers, then that's a heck of a pick.

Pre-season update and it looks like across the board this is a pretty poor class. Of course time will tell but there were some pretty disappointing drops here.
